Do you only cover Hangzhou and Shanghai?
No. Our own team guides in Hangzhou and Shanghai, and for other cities in China we arrange checked local guides or agencies and stay with you on chat.
Does it cost anything to ask?
No. Sending a request is free. You only pay once you accept a plan and price.
How do I pay?
By card or PayPal, to us. A deposit confirms your trip and the balance is due before you travel.
Do I need a visa?
It depends on your passport and route. Many travellers can enter visa-free or use visa-free transit, but rules change. Ask us and we'll point you to the current official rules.
Which languages do your guides speak?
English and Korean, and of course Chinese. Tell us your preference in the request form.
